She even advised us to walk away from a couple of houses, as she could tell that we weren't completely sold on them. Once it came time to put in offers, she made the process easy. She explained what would happen and when it would happen. In negotiations, she advised us based on her experience, given the variables that were at play. She was such a big help in setting everything up, and even after the buying process, in finding contractors for us for future jobs we wanted to accomplish in our new home.
